Hot water was not hot, felt like a “ kinda” warm shower. Ac/heater was not controlled by thermostat (had to get up and constantly turn on and off). Evening staff was excellent. Morning staff not so much, went to check out and was ignored as they walked into back office area. There were a bunch of wrestlers in the rooms next to me who were not supervised by a coach. I never complained to front desk, because I purchased my room from 3rd party site. Otherwise, I would have been asking for a refund. I expected a noisy night when I saw all of the busses, and could hear the wrestling in rooms as I walked down the hall to my room. I just thought the coaches would be responsible and it would stop with a room check some time. It did not. I heard the wrestling (kids banging into walls and cheering, from when I checked in at about 9pm and it continued until about 1:30 am.

Jenn was amazing in helping us check in the night we arrived! The room was clean and easily accessible. The night stage wasn’t as approachable as Jenn but we didn’t have to interact with her anyway. Checking out was easy and fast. We would stay there again!
