Great family fun getaway
"We had a wonderful family getaway at Great Wolf Lodge! The resort is packed with fun activities for all ages, and the energy throughout the property is fantastic. The pools and water slides were a highlight for us, with options for every comfort level, from calm to adventurous.
Our upgraded room was spacious and comfortable, and we loved the convenience of the waterproof wristbands—they made paying for food, parking, and accessing the room so easy! The text service was another great feature, making it simple to request anything we needed.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to the mining activity staff and the Build-A-Bear lady, who added a personal touch to our experience.
However, there are a few areas that could be improved:
- The hot tubs (indoor and outdoor) were often overcrowded. Adding more would be a game-changer.
- A kids club paired with a spa package for parents would be a fantastic addition, giving adults some time to relax.
- The sink for washing hands and brushing teeth is outside the bathroom, which meant turning on lights in the sleeping area—disruptive when someone was trying to rest. It would be much better if the sink were inside the bathroom.
- Elevators were slow and packed, which was frustrating during peak times.
- MagiQuest being in a central area made it quite crowded. Moving it elsewhere could help reduce congestion.
Despite these minor inconveniences, we had an amazing time! "
