Hotel called ahead of time to tell us there was no HOT water. Refused to give us a discount on our stay but stated we could go somewhere else. Then we got locked in our room because the dead bolt was jammed. They stated “this has happened to 3 other people because our locks are old”. I was also not impressed an employee entered our room with a master key card without even knocking 🙃. Honestly feel bad for the employees and hope the new management can increase the safety and dismount/accommodation when a hotel is not up to par. Do not recommend for a couple months until some repairs are done.

Had to cancel reservation after arriving at the hotel as they didn't have hot water. They stated they would cancel without penalty if i wanted to go to a different hotel. What i saw of the main entrance was nice and staff was very friendly and apologized for this situation.

My boyfriend and I have stayed at this airport Sonesta a couple of times now. The staff is welcoming and always accommodating, everything is kept clean and the lobby is quiet and relaxing to sit in and people watch. The location of it is so good right next to the mall and located just near enough to down town and so many restaurants! The only downsides however were onsite issues with the hot water which we were warned about when we checked and we didn't mind only because we have friends in the area who let us borrow their shower 😂👍 the hot tub was also shut down for this reason which is a big draw for me to any hotel. The staff was super great yet again because of these issues (which things happen it was totally unpredictable). They offered us early check in and extended our check out time shout out to desk manager Kyle this helped us immensely with our travel times and totally made up for the small problems.

They knowingly let me check in and stay without telling me they had no hot water! Went to shower the next day and called the front desk to explain it wasn’t getting hot. Apparently the hot water hadn’t been working for a while and wasn’t getting fixed for a couple of days. They offered me a discount but this is clearly a breach of contract on their part. I would not have checked in knowing they did not have hot water. Worst customer service ever.

It was spacious, clean room, suite is worth booking. Loved the two bathrooms, lounge area. Could work on making sure hot water stays working, check tvs make sure they all function, and hot tub functioning as well. Overall great location, decent pricing and great customer service. Did credit for not having the hot water in am, that was quick resolution.

When we walked into the hotel we were impressed. 1. Until we got to our room and could not get in because of the poor locks. Our neighbors struggled with theirs as well. No reason the doors should not open immediately after touching them with the key card. I had to get Ronald to open my door for me the following morning. 2. The rooms look bad. The office chair in our room was peeling and looked like it was picked apart by an animal. 2. The mirror in the bathroom did not work. Pressed power and nothing. 3. No hot water to take a shower. I left it run for 5 minutes and nothing. 4. You can hear EVERYTHING. The very loud shower of someone above us (who must have used all the hot water) and the banging from up above us was crazy until 10pm. Kids jumping off the bed is my guess? And then running around until 10pm. I spoke with Victor twice and the device time he handled it personally and the noise stopped. 5. Coffee maker had a cord that wasn’t plugged in and no outlet to be seen anywhere near the coffee maker. I had to move it to the desk and plug it in. 6. The seams in the carpeting in the halls…I know I am being particular now but it looks messy for a property that has an amazing lobby. 7. No hotel bathroom should ever have a barn door. Ever. And it gets stuck behind you when closed so you have to reach your hand into the crack in the door and pull it open. Barn doors for bathrooms is just bonkers.
