Do not stay here, hotel seemed like it was getting ready to shut down. No heat in hallways, it was very cold. Pool closed, Restaurant/bar closed down. No continental breakfast as advertised. Was a ghost town. Staff wearing regular clothes like sweatshirts, wasn’t sure who was actually an employee. Room was clean but furniture worn down, most of the leather peeled off desk chair, shower floor chipped and huge gap between tile and wall. They did have a individual serving coffee maker in the room but only one cup, the lids did not fit the cup. In a great area next to mall but was disappointed with this hotel.

Very nice hotel for the price. I like that they offer free shuttle service to the airport. However, it would be nice if it was mentioned during check in that you need to let them know when you will need a ride. I went down the following morning and the person at the front desk mentioned i was supposed to basically "make an appointment." Also, both times I have stayed there the bar was closed but there are restaurants in the immediate area, including a brewery, but i didn't feel like walking across the street in the cold rainy weather. Overall, this is a very nice place to stay and will do so again in the future.

You get what you pay for. Up front service at the desk was great! Glad they had last minute availability during a holiday, however, the conditions of the hotel got worse starting at the elevator. Very cold, needs updates. The room hadn’t been cleaned up from the previous night, with broken balloons and tape all over the walls and mirrors. The tv/cable did not work, it was actually unplugged. Once I reconnected the tv, and didn’t get a response, we gave up and watch tv on our tablet. I’m so glad we didn’t show up during pool hours, it looked absolutely disgusting from our room view. We were actually up all night, with no one in site cleaning the pool area. With left over towels and swimming attire left all around the pool still at 8:30am. Trim falling off of base on walls. Mold in bathroom. Drain in tub didn’t work well at all! Lighting was harsh, and didn’t make sense with a large lamp left unplugged, blocking the pool door exit. Wish we had more than two towels in the room to start. The curtains were falling down/apart. Very hard to use. Wish the thermostat actually worked on the wall. The unit on the wall struggled to keep temperature. All the metal objects in the room, including the grab handle in the shower was covered in rust. The rolling door for the bathroom, the “shelf” below the tv. The lobby is gorgeous, but the hot tub area was closed as well! Kind of ruined our stay. Less than impressed.
