I booked a king size room, which was clean and comfortable. The property staff was very accommodating and you are in walking distance of Target. I will definitely rebook this property the next time I’m in Grand Rapids!

The airport shuttle service is always prompt and polite. I like the quiet setting away from the hustle and bustle of traffic. Rooms very clean. I wish hotels would provide light blankets for those who find comforters too hot.

The majority of the staff was great. However, there was a mixup as to whether our room was to be cleaned every 3 days or every 2 days and we ended up only getting cleaned 2 times in an 10 day stay. But when the room was cleaned it was spotless!

The room and the building were clean. The bed was OK. The staff were professional and friendly. I stayed a week from Sunday to Saturday. The refrigerator did not work and it took until Thursday for maintenance to get to it. I spoke to the manager to get action. One night there was loud music from a school group. I called but the desk did nothing. They finally went to sleep at 12 midnight. I had to get towels once.

Good Stay
Great stay. Both employees that we interacted with at the front desk were very friendly. The property was very clean and updated. No issues with parking. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location was excellent. Close to dining, shopping, and the airport. Downtown wasn’t too far. The only issue at all was there was audible noise from other rooms. Would certainly stay again.

Front desk, a white guy, I was told that he's manager is disrespecting evil guy. I requested the room service three times in my staying from AUG-2/2024-AUG-5/2024.He trashed all of my requests and when I tried to ask him that why he did these? he said "I am with the other customer " even though the customer he was talking with was already left. Terrible man!

Quiet, but well located
Even with a bunch of people around for the dragon boat races, we didn't notice a lot of noise in our room. We really appreciated being tucked back into the trees by the lake, because being surrounded by trees made it feel much more isolated than it really is.
