"On arrival we had to try several numbers to get a response We had no hot water in any of the 3 rooms. We called and he returned saying it was sorted and we would have hot water after 3hrs but we still didn’t have any in the morning. We were on 3 motorcycles and had been travelling all day looking forward to a shower.
