"Came especially for the spa which was excellent, very modern, plenty to do and not too overcrowded. The new part of the hotel was very modern and complimented the older part. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was on a corner in the old part and was bug and comfortable and even has a partial lake view which was lovely. Plenty of choice for breakfast which was in a lovely big bright room. We will definitely be coming back. "

"We only stayed one night but found the hotel delightful. We had stayed before but it was approaching 20 years ago. It was good then, but has been improved with well appointed rooms and a new conservatory restaurant overlooking the gardens which are alongside the River Rothay. Dinner was excellent and breakfast was of a good standard too. "

"A good budget hotel for the price. Used it as a base to tour the Lakes on a motorcycle. Good breakfast and evening meal. Dedicated parking slots for motorcycles outside front door but did have to pay for parking £6 per day. "

"Had a lovely one night stay here - spa was lovely - staff very helpful and friendly. Ate in the restaurant and the food was really nice - good breakfast choices. Room was clean & lovely view over the lake ."
