"The property is accurately described and the apartment is furnished with everything that is needed for an extended stay. It is an easy walk down the hill to Ellmau from the apartment. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again. Highly recommended!"

"For UK guests, having to take your own bedding and towels is a negative. Location is not a two-minute walk into town: ten minutes in, nearly twenty back as it’s all up! The bus from town finishes at 5pm. Kitchenette is facilitated - just. A dining table would be nicer than the fixed worktop, especially as there is room. The specification suggests there is a bedroom but it is a studio apt with a separate bathroom. Good sized balcony and large glass doors a definite bonus with a decent view."

"Wir haben uns als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kinder haben das Pool genossen. Das einzige, was nicht optimal ist, dass das Poolwasser rüber schwappt und der Boden vor der Sauna richtig nass wird und das muss man immer wieder absaugen. Diese Problematik kann man eigentlich baulich lösen. Ansonsten ist alles so wie in der Inseratsbeschreibung steht."

"Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Das WLAN ist auch perfekt. Ich schätze mindestens DSL 50 steckt dahinter. Das Bild zeigt den Blick nach hinten und entspricht nicht der Ferienwohnung. Der Ausblick von der FeWo ist nach Vorne auf die Straße gerichtet. Das macht aber nix, da es eher eine sehr ruhige Gegend ist. Leider ist die Parkplatzsituation ein bisschen blöd. Man muss auf der Straße parken und sich da den Platz mit anderen teilen bzw. hoffen, seinen Platz zu bekommen....

"Meine kleine Auszeit vom Alltag war wunderschön und erholsam. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Ferienwohnung liegt wunderschön am Feldrand mit Blick auf die Berge und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hat mir an nichts gefehlt. Ich wurde sehr freundlich am Anreisetag von Familie Holzner empfangen und auch am Abreisetag verabschiedet. Für Fragen und Wünsche war Familie Holzner immer offen. Insgesamt war es ein rundum ein gelungener Urlaub. Vielen Dank noch mal an Familie...
