Idyllic 5-bedroom property on the French Riviera.

Only 30 minutes from Nice Airport and the coastal towns of Cannes & Antibes the secluded property is situated on the edge of the Préalpes d'Azur Regional Natural Park on a peaceful country lane. Many guests will simply want to unwind in these beautiful surroundings, sun bathing around the pool or maybe reading a book in one of the shaded areas of the garden. For those wanting adventure it is the perfect base for many outdoor pursuits. The beautiful villages of Mougins, Valbonne are also nearby.
This spacious and secluded property comes with a large beautifully maintained garden, outdoor kitchen, large terrace with 6 sun loungers, large swimming pool and stunning views down the valley towards the coast. The main house has 3 double bedrooms & 3 bathrooms and the guest cottage a further 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom; accommodating up to 10 people in total. Very peaceful location where you can hear water running in the adjacent stream & bird song from the trees which envelop the property. There are multiple seating areas within the garden and a fantastic outdoor dining table for up to 10 people where you can enjoy long lazy lunches.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property including the gardens/terrace which extend to 3500 M2. The Guest Cottage is located at the bottom of the garden a short distance from the main house.

Un magnifique havre de paix a 30mn de Cannes

Nous avons passé 3 semaines magnifiques et dépaysantes en famille dans cette tres belle maison au milieu de la foret. Grande maison avec sa dépendance pour les amis et grande piscine. Les prestations sont de tres bon niveau et Mark, le proprietaire, est sympathique, tres reactif et efficace. Il faut juste savoir communiquer en anglais. Je recommande cette maison qui a été largement a la hauteur de nos attentes.
