"Surprised to drive up and see it was directly behind the grocery store, but once we settled in, we found it to be a very comfortable and relatively quiet experience. The marina and property are very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed the greetings from the manatees during our morning coffee. Great location. Enjoyed Sombrero Beach and farmers market. Didn’t mind the roosters. "

"Had a wonderful time. So much to do in the area. We enjoyed the Cabana Club beach only a short drive away and included in the fee. We were there for the coldest week of the year. The maintenance gentleman, Scott and his assistant were kind enough to bring a hard to find space heater that kept us toasty warm as well a giving spot on recommendations for great places to eat. Some construction in the area but tolerable. Hope to return someday. "

"I stayed on the house boat for the most part of the month of February. The accommodations were as good or better than advertised. Great place to hang out and ride bikes, kayak, swim in the pool or watch the sunset at the Point. Jim kept the grounds immaculate and Robin was there everyday making sure I had everything for a great time. Highly recommend staying there for a wonderful stay in the Keys. "

"Comfy and food location. Fun for our grandson who enjoyed fishing off the dock. Renters should know this is a lot like staying in an RV. Fun and interesting but not luxurious. We knew what to expect and it was great."
