"We were traveling from Florida,just looking for some snow and secluded spot.We have 3 German Shepherds,one of them is not friendly.Joe’s spot was was just what we needed.We got the whole mountain all to ourselves,easy drive,lots of snow and fun.Saw a deer on our hike.Will definitely be back,my favorite place to be ,didnt want to leave."

"Such a charming and cozy property. I knew when we walked along the garden path and entered to be welcomed by the kitchen hummingbird poster it was the place for us. The historic home was gorgeous -the wood floors and comfy furniture plus modern comforts mark this unique property. I can’t say enough about the quality furnishings, art, and other design elements. The live plants are another nice touch-beautiful! The local reading materials were great and so informative- we were reminded to visit...

"AC needs to be fixed. This hotel sent a link earlier to fill out all necessary details like drivers license, CC, vehicle information, demographics. When we checked in we had to do all of that again on paper. When I told the staff we already did that online, she just shrugged. I guess don’t send the link to customers next time so as not to do it twice. "

"My sheets were stained, there is no shower curtain, there is no remote, 1 pillow and it’s super thin. I asked for a refund for the second night and they refused. Very bad place to stay don’t believe the 8 rating it should be about a 3 and staff is very loud and stingy when even asking for a pillow. "
