5/5 - Exceptional Experience! This hotel is absolutely top-notch! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay special. The rooms were spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. What truly stood out was how they surprised my mother for her birthday. We walked into the room to find a beautifully presented pastry waiting for her, complete with a thoughtful note. It was such a personal touch that made our trip unforgettable. The attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction here is unmatched. If you’re looking for an amazing stay in Budapest, I can’t recommend this hotel enough!
