"Everything about the property, the room, and view was great except issues with the elevators. On two of my days I seen people going up 15 flight of stairs but luckily I made it up on a service elevator before it broke down. Then I was stuck in my room unless I took stairway. Took me about an hour checking out because it was only one elevator back working the next day. "

"Bern staying here for years because they are the best for families with a dog. The quality of the stay has dipped slightly the last couple years. The room is getting old. The views and the location is great. Just know that you’re not getting high end accommodations when traveling with a pet. They have floors for dogs and families. I wonder if the other floors are higher quality.??"

"Beautiful ocean view from all rooms, right on the oceanfront boardwalk, conveniently midway between the fisherman pier and the statue of Neptune, for great walks. We stayed there multiple times in various groups: as a couple, as a family with two teenage kids, and once with my senior parents. In all occasions we had a wonderful time. Nice breakfast and friendly staff."
