"We think some improvements could be made.We arrived on Wednesday, the ice maker on our floor was not working. After talking with other guest the ice maker had not been working all week. It was not until Friday that it was functional. This was very inconvenient. The TV programing was not only awful the channels were not in sequence with the guide and several channels did not work, just a black screen that would flicker some times. "I stayed one night, found the Valet was helpful, and the young ladies, who checked me in, were friendly upon greeting me. To my delight, I was given a room with a view of the mountains! "Odd not having auto doors at entrance. The decor is outdated and a little worn. BUT, it was clean and everyone was very friendly. The hall floors creaked in the hallways but we never heard anyone over us. I’m very picky about hotel stays and choose this one for the stars. At first I expected more. However, I didn’t see anything dirty. It’s just not the level of hotel I’m accustomed to..but, the price was lower. I guess it comes down to…would I stay here again? Yes I would. Not if I had to pay...
