"Great cottage. Really useful having two bathrooms. Stairs are steep and winding but soon got used to them. Good location in the village with beach, shop, cafe, chip shop and very good pub all just a couple of minutes walk away."

"Stayed at Two Cottages with my family and friends were at One Cottages! Our Cottage was really distinctive and both tasteful and comfortable plus the location right next to the beach was a real bonus. We were only there for a 4 day/night break but it felt a lot longer and James the owner was there to welcome us and was on hand if there was anything we needed (thanks James). Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking!"

The bedding and towels was very luxurious - bath sheets and lots of pillows! There were throws provided to cover the sofas so the dog could sit up with us too. "A lovely clean spacious cottage - everything we needed was there - close to pub - the little tea room and the beach is a must - got no complaints about this property we were informed in detail what was required and where everything is - looking to book again soon."

"Garden not fenced/enclosed as per advertised. our dog found it easy to get outPuppy breeding unit nearby this being a distraction to our dog. Two burners on hob not working, water pressure in kitchen sink very low. tv remote faulty. Had enough after 4 days , left with 3 days of holiday remaining, asking fo a refund."

"A chocolate box cottage, scrupulously clean. Furnished for comfort and in good taste. Excellent kitchen with every need catered for. No toilet up stairs which was inconvenient. Lovely village. Good 'chippy'. Pub food we found generous bur of only average quality while we enjoyed several good meals at "Poppy's" which we thoroughly recommend."

"The bungalow was excellent, only niggle was the main bedroom was very cold the first night (room stat said 18 - altered to 21 but didn't reach that for 2 days (we have air source heating at home so we knew it would take time to get wArm - we keep all our room stats on 20 ."

"Nicely positioned for caister beach which is a fairly short walk and was fairly quiet when we went. Parking was always available around the corner and the pub is closed so no noise from there as that is next door. The property was spacious for us and the kitchen well kitted out. Two toilets was convenient and has a small outsie space. There were some minor improvements needed to decor, some re decorating would help. The first room inside the front door is very musty and the main lounge couch...

"We enjoyed our stay - the property was clean and is well looked after. It is a traditional chalet in a private holiday park which has some good amenities - at an extra cost. We appreciated the help from the owner when we needed it and was helpful at answering our queries before our stay. There are a few things that would make our score excellent - clarity of cost of electricity and instructions in the chalet of how to use it would have been helpful.
