"Had a very enjoyable short break at Decoy Barn whilst we were in the area visiting relatives. Disabled friendly room with no steps to climb which was ideal for me after recovering from leg surgery and cannot walk unaided. Breakfast is optional and very reasonable priced for the lovely food you got and plenty of it. Certainly set us up for the day! Would highly recommend. Plenty of off road parking in private car park as well. Our hosts made us feel very welcome and we definitely hope to be back. "

"Hotel Ocean is a comfortable beachfront boutique hotel (9 rooms on 3 floors– No lift) by the sea which offers ocean views and easy access to local attractions. The staff at Hotel Ocean were attentive and friendly making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Our room (room 2 – 1st floor) was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed, mini fridge, free Wi-Fi, daily bottles of mineral water, and a flat-screen. Extras like a kettle with tea, coffee, biscuits, and Green & Vegan Anyah Eco Spa Treatment shampoo & body wash in the private shower room made our stay even more pleasant. A second armchair would have been nice for added comfort, but with the existing armchair and desk chair, it worked well enough. Our stay included breakfast at their onsite Box Tree Bistro which offered a great variety of breakfast options, we particularly enjoyed their full English, Egg benedictine / Egg royale breakfasts and their breakfast fruit salad – Portions were generous. The Box Tree Bistro also offered lunches, and evening meals, with options for indoor or outdoor dining. We mostly dined onsite as they had a delicious and reasonably priced menu. Parking was hassle-free, with free street parking available beside or behind the hotel in Resident Parking Zone A. Simply giving our registration number upon check-in, the hotel arranged a visitor permit. We never had trouble finding a spot, allowing us to explore Great Yarmouth without worrying about parking fees. "

"Great customer service attended to my requests and speedy reply to messages. Room was clean and comfortable. Terrace is a lovely place to sit and relax overlooking the sea as well as enjoying food and drinks with friends. All bar staff were lovely and friendly. Food was lovely too. "

"Amazing hotel, on the beach front not far from all entertainment and other holiday amusement. Hotel had polite and friendly staff, pool was clean, warm and relaxing, managed to get a car parking space as limited, room was as requested on ground floor, a bit small but had comfy bed, room cleaned daily, we didnt try food due to dietary needs, but looked amazing, all cooked fresh. "Classy and comfortable art deco b&b run by a very kind, hardworking host. Thoughtful decor, great breakfast, and a quiet location in the northern part of the town, directly across from the beach (and Venetian Waterways) and with views to the sea. Easy access to buses up and down the coast or a 20 or so minute walk to the train. Likely the nicest place in town. "
