"We loved the property and the area was just perfect for us. It was clean and had everything we could have hoped for. The only problem we encountered was it happened to have been very hot weather that week and the air conditioning system was not functioning properly. "The place look older with three different floors. The first level had 3 rooms for each tenant but have to share the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The furniture is outdated but you have a couches and dining table. The 55 inch TV has cable but very limited channels. You have tenants living upstairs and in the basement but they have their own code and access to their respective floors.
