"Clean , quiet room , near the train station but a fair walk to the city and more to old town. Breakfast was excellent; bacon,eggs, fruit , and even fresh made hotcakes ! The room however was cold( mid-winter stay) . No matter how long I ran the heater the floor remained very cold , especially the bathroom.Also lighting in the room could be improved. All staff were very accommodating and friendly. "

"Very nice welcome upon arrival, the club lounge was nice, we had a view of the river/old town, parking available in front of the hotel, very nice spread of food for breakfast, would definitely recommend this hotel "

"We visited during the Festival of Lights so the city was crowded. The hotel was close enough to the light displays but far enough not to hear the crowds. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The hotel was beautiful. The room was amazing with three balconies! We would come back. "

"Decorated like an old school, this place had charm! They provided tea and coffee in the rooms and offered wine service for when you arrived for an extra charge. I also had difficulty getting a hold of a tour company I booked through and the hotel staff called them throughout the day until they got back to me. It was incredible and a huge stress reliever.
