STONE VILLA
The residence is selectively built in a place of special natural beauty
in a farm that is cultivated around it an olive grove, a vineyard and there are various other trees and a vegetable garden.
On a walk through our estate, the visitor encounters all the Cretan nature, wild flowers and a multitude of Cretan herbs.

The space
Traditional country house
75sq.m on a 4000sq.m dry farm. with the possibility of hosting up to
5 adults.
The ground floor area includes a large open-plan living room, a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to a terrace also equipped with a dining table and a large shade umbrella.
It has a bedroom with a double bed, also a double bed and a sofa bed in the open space as well as a spacious bathroom.
A second huge yard also equipped with a dining area and barbecue
dominates the other side of the residence where among the trees are a hammock, a slide and a swing for children.

We are located in the village of Gouves five minutes by car from the sea with its picturesque bays and sandy beaches. Twenty km east of Heraklion airport and just eight minutes by car from the tourist resort Limani Hersonissos.
Nearby are also the archaeological site of Knossos,
Thalassocosm, the largest aquarium in the Mediterranean, several monasteries with particularly high attendance, countless churches and chapels, the explorable cave of Skoteinos, as well as the wetland, the gorge and the Aposelemi dam.

Under a sky where partridges, blackbirds, hawks and other species of birds fly, on a walk the visitor inside our estate meets all the Cretan nature, carobs, skins, cypresses, hibiscus, beavers, roses,
wild flowers and a multitude of Cretan herbs such as thyme , sage, rosemary, marjoram, mint,
thromba, aloe, lavender.
We also maintain a small vegetable garden and would be very happy for you to try our organic products.
The holiday home, an ideal choice for families with children, couples, retirees, nature lovers, walkers, will satisfy your holidays whatever time of year you choose and due to the climate that prevails on the island combines mountain and sea.
