We like that the property supplied beach towels as well. We found out from a server at the Tropical Mist that their hotel is "sisters" with Blue Haven and that we could have come over to use the pool etc.... We found that out at the end of our trip and would have been nice to know sooner."

"If you're looking for a comfortable bed, clean room and can tolerate a drizzle of a shower (even after they sent someone to fix it), this is a great place to stay. "The view was beautiful, a peaceful place; the staff was friendly and courteous. It's not hot on this side; it's very breezy. The internet was not good for using the TV, and the stove sometimes wouldn't turn on. The reception guy came a few times to help us. Those two things could be improved."

"Very nice small boutique all inclusive hotel. Right on the beach with bar, pool and patio area very nicely decorated with amazing views of water and sunsets. Beach is steps away from property. Shopping was within walking distance on board walk. The entire staff was amazing. Check in and out was a breeze, restaurant staff was friendly, polite and quick service. The food was delicious and at least 4 choices were offered each meal. We will definitely return again. "

"Wyndham Grand Barbados Sam Lords Castle is very well maintained. It is clean everywhere, the flowers, threes, swimming pool, floors, windows, everything is so clean. It is Wonderful to feel like a princess. The service is wonderful. People really care about you. Even the handyman showed me where the gym was. He took the time to show me personally. It is spectacular to see the values integrated to all the employees. The architect who design this hotel deserve a price. It is so airy, WOW ! We have a view from all the sides of the hotel. Even our room have a nice view. All restaurants and pools have been taught for our best confort and pleasure for the eyes. The room are amazing. The bed confortable like a cloud. The shower....I usually don't like shower...this time I made an exeption and I accepted the room like is was. Ho my god, the shower head is the best I have experienced in my life. I will by the same for my home. Thank you very much for the experience. I will come back soon!"

"The hotel is a joy, a place of rest & relaxation. It has a certain low key atmosphere and vibes that makes it unique on the island, in my opinion. This was our third stay, at DBH & it won’t be the last. I should add too, that DBH is in a perfect location, steps to Dover Market, and St Lawrence Gap for restaurants & entertainment. Also it is a short walk up to the main road for buses. And Oistins with its Fish Fry is close by. Barbados is a gem, & Dover Beach adds to its shine"
