"Great location for weddings in the greater Greensboro area. Home located in a mature development with lots of trees, quiet neighborhood. The only con is the basement is a separate VRBO rental which I did not realize it would be rented out. We could easily hear muffled talking & the result of a heavy night of drinking in the front yard under our bedroom window. "

"Host was very easy to communicate with and replied very promptly from beginning to end. Even left iron and hairdryer for us upon request. Enjoyed being within walking distance of the downtown greenway. Bed was comfy. There was a bit of a smokey smell but the host did everything he could to make us comfortable. Cleanliness could be a bit better but fair for the price."

"Very noisy neighbor. Only Luke warm water in the shower. Only suggestion for the owner is too add some blackout curtains to the bedroom windows. The security lights of the neighbors left the room very bright"

"This is a really unique and fun place to stay. Less than 2 miles from HPU and easy parking right out front. Plenty of room to spread out and relax with your group. We could easily fit as many as 8 and our little pup was welcome. If you like to cook the kitchen is very large and well equipped. Our host, Will, was very easy to reach, very responsive and kind. We will be back!"

We contacted him a few times, and responses were very uninformative or not at all we went to the property and immediately were harassed in the parking lot by possible residence. we entered the building, which did not smell good at all, we went into the apartment, and just was not Impressed. it was very old. we wound up turning around and just leaving because we just did not feel safe. "A wonderful getaway at a great place."

"The property was clean, the reason for the 4 rating was because the lack of towels, There was paper towels placed around but we believe in the environment and did not like the low number of bath, hand and dish towels that were not available. Also the dishwasher was not secured to the counter top so felt we could not use it. Overall it was a comfortable stay. "
