Hunsucker's Place is more than just a home—it’s a space filled with memories, music, and connection. This revitalized 1942 cottage celebrates Eric’s love of music and the lives of his three sons, Logan, Larson, and Landon, with thoughtful memorabilia displayed throughout. Located on a busy road within walking distance of Downtown Greensboro and Cone Health Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital, this home offers a blend of comfort, creativity, and inspiration.
Eric, a professional pianist, shares his passion for music here. He has played for ALS fundraisers, memory care facilities, and venues like the Greensboro Country Club. Guests will find nods to his musical journey and family in every corner, creating a welcoming environment that feels like staying with a close friend or beloved family member.

Hunsucker’s Place is designed for relaxation and connection, with spaces that encourage both quiet reflection and lively conversation.
Main Floor:
Two bedrooms: Logan’s Room and Larson’s Room, each with a queen-sized bed and memorabilia reflecting their personalities and lives.
A comfortable living room, perfect for conversations or unwinding after a day of exploring Greensboro.
A dining room complete with a piano that guests are welcome to play.
A fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking and gathering.
A bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a stacking washer and dryer for respectful use. Please leave the washer door open a crack when not in use to prevent odors.
Walk-Up Attic Den:
Landon’s Space, featuring two twin daybeds, is perfect for additional guests, reading, or relaxing.
A cozy den area with a Smart TV for streaming or downtime.
Outdoor Features:
A tree swing in the front yard—a favorite spot for both kids and adults.
Parking in the front driveway, with additional space in the back if needed.
Garage: The garage is not accessible to guests as it is used to store a sewing machine and paint supplies.
Basement: This area is not accessible to guests. The basement is unfinished and only used for maintenance purposes.

Our Mission
We are a local, non-corporate guest home rental management company dedicated to supporting Guilford County high school students with learning differences. Through hands-on experience in our homes, these students gain real-world skills and opportunities for growth.
House Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and respectful stay, please follow these guidelines:
Flushing Policy:
Only flush natural waste and toilet paper. Do not flush sanitary products, wipes, diapers, or cotton items. Improper disposal may result in repair fees of $100–$500.
Damages to Linens & Towels:
Towels: $20 each
Sheet Sets: $100 per set
Pillowcases: $25 each
Quilts/Blankets: $20 to $500 depending on the item
Trash & Recycling:
Green can: Trash
Brown can: Recycling (no plastic bags, please)
Trash and recycling are picked up on Mondays (except holidays).
Quiet Hours:
Please keep noise levels low from 9 PM to 9 AM to respect neighbors and other guests.
Checkout:
Set the HVAC to 68–72°F.
Remove all trash to outdoor bins.
Leave the space as you found it, free of personal items.
Report any accidental damage.
Pet Policy
We welcome pets with a non-refundable fee based on size, number, and shed level. Please:
Dispose of pet waste in designated bins.
Direct pets to non-grass areas to prevent lawn damage.
