This beautiful home sits in a resurging neighborhood that is close to it all! Three miles to West Greenville, 4 miles to downtown Greenville, 6 miles to Furman University, 7 miles to Travelers Rest, 10 miles to Paris Mountain State Park and 32 miles to Lake Keowee and lake Jocassee

This home comes fully stocked with essentials allowing you to relax and have a comfortable stay. The kitchen is furnished with modern appliances, granite countertops, and of course, all you need for coffee each morning! Enjoy your meals together around the dining room table.

After exploring the beautiful city of Greenville, decamp to the family room for a movie night. This comfy space includes a flat screen TV with streaming access and live TV. Or pour a beverage and gather around the front-room wood fireplace and listen to the beautiful tunes on the piano.

Bedrooms include a master with a king bed and two queen bedrooms (for a total of three). Sleep two more on each couch. With two full bathrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to keep up with daily routines before exploring the town.

Three hundred times a year, downtown comes alive with events ranging from concerts and craft beers festivals to Artisphere and euphoria, two of the nation’s premier culinary and arts festivals. And, if you’re here on a Saturday morning between May and October, be sure to catch the TD Saturday Market, which brings more than 75 local vendors, live music and hometown fun to the heart of downtown. Bottom line? This whole place is constantly buzzing with things to do, places to go and people to meet. And speaking of people, make no mistake: by the time you leave, you’ll be convinced that Southern hospitality is alive and well.

Great Stay
We loved the house and how well it was equipped with everything we needed for the week. Our pup loved the big backyard and made some new dog friends while we were there. Everything was almost perfect. I think the only suggestion I would add is to place a fan in the primary bedroom because it was warm in that room. Thanks for making our stay nice!
