Room smelled like cigarettes (non smoking room) sheets were stained and had cigarette burns, wall has a large piece do the sheet rock damaged. One of the lampshades had dark stains that I hope were from smoke

This place was disgusting! There was writing on the mirror in the room. The wall was hanging down. There were no clean towels, and I had absolutely no soap in the room! When I asked for soap, they said they didn’t have any hardly worked in the room only two of the lights worked. It was very dark and disgusting!

The rooms were nasty, linen and towels dingy, holes in the walls. My party booked 7 rooms for a College Graduation, and there was something wrong with all the rooms. One room didn’t even have a bathroom door. We had to go to Walmart to buy towels. The receptionist was the only the positive thing about this hotel. She was very pleasant and understanding, trying to do everything she could to accommodate us.

The worst hotel I see, bed is terrible, shower disgusting and smell week everywhere. Homeless sleeping back the stairs when we go to room.
