When traveling solo i always look for a hotel near restaurants ,shopping, parking, etc. This hotel is right in the heart of everything. Hotel rooms are nice with comfy pillows and mattresses. I would say the hotel in general needs an uplift...new carpets, paint etc. Overall a good experience.

did not understand why there was an exercise bike and ball in the middle of the room. weird. would have preferred a couch to sit on and read a book instead of being forced to look at an exercise bike that i had no intention of using. thanks for asking. and they said at reservation that they were at capacity so i couldn't move to another room. thanks for the experience. probably won't be back.

$480 for one night in Greenville, SC? This is an extremely overpriced hotel. There were 2 weddings and it was noisy and crowded. The hotel is tired, the rooms are fair at best. I have stayed at better hotels for far less than this. A complete rip-off!

Not the Get-Away We Had Hoped
The historic hotel was lovely and so was the staff. Unfortunately, our fellow travelers were not. Room doors slammed shut throughout the night and woke us up. The buffet breakfast was very basic. We should have gone to a local restaurant instead.
