Circumstances prevented us from actually making the trip. A family illness kept us from traveling to this beautiful apartment. The host is very much quick to answer any questions and worked with us on our situation. We plan to reschedule at some point in the future.

We enjoyed our short stay here. It is a beautiful property, and the inside was very clean and inviting. I wish we would have had more time to enjoy the scenery, but we did enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep after a late concert.

Celebrating Anniversary and Birthday
Easy to find location. Beautiful farm setting in a very peaceful and quiet area. Very clean, lots of natural light, views of the farm and pond. All amenities are top notch and very comfortable. Loved the soft comfy robes and the bed is perfectly firm and soft. Lots of different sizes and firmness levels of pillows on the bed. The setup of each room was just like home. The TV area has great chairs and hassocks, so comfy and easy to watch TV. There are DVDs, a few games and a gift shop all in the TV nook. Along with other items to make your stay even better . Great hot water in the shower and really soft towels. Nice kitchen dining room with lots of light, a Keurig, mini fridge and microwave. We spent three nights and used most of our day time to explore Shreveport. This property is perfect for this kind of time away. Our hosts were very responsive to let us know about lights for the outside after dark, if we needed anything to ask and that the grounds were open for us to explore. I need to mention the homemade cinnamon rolls. Hands down the best we have had. Do warm them and enjoy.

Little peace of paradise..
One of the best experiences, I’ve had in a long time. The bed and sheets heaven. The house came equipped with everything you needed for a quick getaway and a few extra! The pier over looking the bayou was the icing on the cake. Hoping to book again soon.

Amazing Stress Free Getaway
My wife and I were in Shreveport for a wedding and we found this lovely spot. It was close enough to the interstate that you could get anywhere in the city in a timely manner but was secluded. The host was amazing and had everything we need for a comfortable stay.

Beauty on the bayou
A lovely experience! Spotlessly clean and comfortable, quiet yet close to civilization. Owner met us at the driveway, carried 3 heavy suitcases upstairs to apartment unit, and offered a suggestion for dinner. We were thrilled with complimentary soft drinks, bottled water, and iced cinnamon rolls. Enjoyed the water view from nearby deck. Even had to laugh the next morning when cows in a nearby pasture greeted us and a very proud rooster greeted the day. BTW, we were happy with our dinner meal at Jan's River Restaurant. Quantity and quality.

Red River Tournament
A buddy and I came into town to fish the Bassmaster Open on the Red River. This property was clean, quiet, and out of the way. We felt that our equipment was always safe. If we come to town for another tournament we would absolutely stay here again!

Fabulous!
What a nice place to get away right out of the city but feels like you’re out in the country! Owner is super nice and accommodating. Such a nice vibe as soon as you pull in the long driveway surrounded by trees on either side. Very nice view of the small lake from the room. Loved the cinnamon rolls, coffee and definitely had the popcorn for a late night snack. Highly recommend this place if you’re coming from out of town or if you live in the Shreveport/Bossier area to just get away. 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
