Comfortable, clean room with secure parking.

Convenient location, clean room. Guy on reception when we arrived was great and explained everything well. We had a family studio which was comfortable and clean but I wouldn't rely on the kitchen area for any serious meal preparation. Excellent to have secure parking in the city .

Great location p

I was attending an event at the venue right next door and location was just ideal. Comfortable room with beautiful Mountain View. No house keeping for the entire stay which was just fine for me. I prefer privacy anyway. Good price. I will stay there again.

Nous avions reservé 2 nuits pour passer un weekend a Grenoble et voir le match de hockey. 1ère fois dans cet hôtel et franchement nous avons été déçus! - Très forte odeur de tabac dans la chambre, donc nous avons été acheté du désodorisant pour textile pour vaporiser moquette,lit et rideaux... mais n'avons pas réussit a vaincre l'odeur. - matelas hyper dur - draps avec des tâches - manque de nécessaire pour la kitchenette: torchons, éponge donc peu pratique pour faire la vaisselle - réveil a 7h le dimanche à cause de la musique et bruits dans les studios/appartements voisins. Positif: parking securisé Bref nous avons fait le choix de partir plus tôt et n'avons fonc fait qu'une seule nuit sur les 2. Dommage, car le lieu aurait pu être top si les gens étaient respectueux

Le lit était confortable ,mais le lit d'appoint cassé, les fenêtres mal isolées avec de l'eau et moisissures autour .chambre au fond du couloir mal isolée.mais pour une nuit c'est correct . Nous avons eu une 2eme chambre en dédommagement pour le lit d'appoint cassé pour la 3e personne.

Pas de réceptionniste en arrivant, juste le gardien. Le pauvre monsieur devait faire l'accueil, la surveillance, les demandes des clients... Les serviettes etaient mouillés alors que nous venions d'arrivée dans notre chambre Tache sur les coussins de deco das la chambre.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort auf Durchreise nach Spanien. Konnten nicht besser landen. Das Hotel ist zwar von den Zustand etwas älter aber trotzdem noch ganz ok. Unseres Apartment war groß, sogar mit einem Kühlschrank/Gefrierfach ausgestattet. Kaffemaschine und eine kleine Küchezeile. Echt top. Die Anbindung an Zentrum der Stadt perfekt! In paar schritten Straßenbahn was will man mehr. Würden sogar sehr positiv überrascht dürch sehr netten kontakt mit Mitarbeiterin die in unsere Muttersprache gesprochen hatte. Würden wieder dort übernachten und empfehlen es aufjedenfall!

Chambre très belle spacieuse mais pas de clim alors qu il faisait 38 degrés clim en panne aucune proposition de substitution pas de ventilateur à la place. Nuit horrible pas beaucoup dormi a cause de la chaleur sinon lit tres confortable. Manager pas disponible du tout.

良かったのはロケーションだけ

トイレの水が止まらない→２回見に来て水栓ボタンを叩きその時だけ直った感じの修理→３日目に水が流れくなりようやく壁に穴を開けてボタンの付け替えで安心してトイレを使えるようになった。 大きなバスタブが付いているのに止水栓が無くてお湯を 貯められない→持って来たくれた栓がシンク用のやつで 当然使えない→４日目にようやくサイズが合うのを持って来たがここまでに三人が関わっている。 部屋にドライヤーが無く貸出も数が無く、何度も困る旨 伝えて、翌日部屋にドライヤー取り付けに来てくれた。 部屋にはバスタオル、ハンドタオル（日本で言うフェイスタオル）、バスマットが各一枚有り、追加は有料。 ランドリールームの洗濯機も有料なので、数日滞在には バスタオルを持参することをお勧めする。 今回は観戦会場に近いことがメイン理由で選んだが それ以外良い点はほぼ皆無である。

Bien que l’équipe soit très agréable et serviable, et que le confort et le côté « cocon de vie et de travail » soit au rendez-vous, la propreté de la chambre est à revoir ++ et a rendu l’expérience un peu moins sympathique. Reste de papier de préservatif à côté du lit et amas de poussière et cheveux, traces suspectes sur les coussins décoratifs, état de la salle de bain et toilettes plus que passable, et que dire du sol, du tapis et surtout derrière la porte d’entrée… Avertir d’une facturation de 20€ en cas de vaisselle non faite est compréhensible mais davantage entendable lorsque le ménage de base est fait… Peut-être faut-il laisser plus de temps au personnel de ménage ? Cela ne reste que mon expérience sur une seule nuit, un coup de malchance peut évidemment arriver et il ne faut pas en faire une généralité.

Comme dans une bulle

Hotel très agréable, bien situé. parking privé fermé et protégé. La cour intérieure, les espace de santé et de jeux donne vraiment un sentiment de cocooning. On s'y sens très bien. Seul bémol, les fenêtre en simple vitrage et des rideaux occultants(qui comme tout les rideaux laissent passer la lumière sur les contours). Avec un double vitrage et un store j'aurai mis 5 étoiles.
