Our room was a small studio apartment - it was fine, but a bit small. Good location, convenient to many attractions. The link between the Apartments and the SP 34 hotel was not clear and better communication on this would be helpful.

The standout factor for this hotel is certainly the staff. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and support you throughout your stay. We loved the decor, it was very Nordic and hygge and we loved the different areas you could relax in. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the added birdsong made you feel so tranquil. We even had a zen massage at the spa which was so worthwhile. We had two standout members of staff Gustav who treated us so well and a lady whom helped us with our taxi refund (whose name we forgot unfortunately) We would certainly recommend a stay at Hotel Kong Arthur

"Bei Ankunft war die Unterkunft sehr verdreckt und auch der Aussenbereich ist nicht gepflegt gewesen. Die ganze Terrasse ist voll mit meterhohen Unkraut und der Rasen war auch nicht gemäht. Das Bad ist in einem schlechtem Zustand, siehe Ventilator, Duschvorhang und überall sehr viel Staub wie auf ..."
