Great location; just a few metres from one of the main TTC lines, and easy access to coffee shops, dining and entertainment. The room itself was fine, but we found several discrepancies in the bathroom (towel racks and toilet paper holders that fell off the wall, and a shower curtain rod that drooped like someone had done chin-ups on it). We didn't mention them until our 3rd day, after which someone immediately came and fixed them -- except for the shower curtain. So it was just a matter of someone in housekeeping should have noticed them and reported them sooner. But aside from that, the room was perfectly fine and comparable to our previous stays. We would definitely come back again, but would also definitely alert the staff to any issues sooner than we did, since they seemed able to fix most of them within an hour or two! The lounge and food service was new to us since our last visit, and we tried the bar but weren't super impressed. There are plenty of better options within a few hundred metres but it's a good alternative if the weather is bad or you just want to stay in.

Fun weekend in the city! Very walkable with lots of dining options close by. The staff was lovely and the rooms are comfortable. Hotel 1 has also paid close attention to sustainability.

We stayed for several days due to being in town for the Taylor Swift concert. The location was perfect in proximity to the concert venue. I was small and simple but perfect for needs. We really appreciated the hospitality and communication with the owner. The parking deck was a little complicated but it worked out well and was easy once parked. The elevator opened pretty much at the front door of the condo. We didn’t have any issues and would stay again.
