"We have enjoyed staying at the Cordis for many years (was the Sheraton) and although have strayed too other newer hotels have always come back to the Cordis. The grand entrance, welcome greeting and having grown up in London with the many now famous iconic old grand Hotels I feel that the Cordis has established itself in Auckland with the same special service. The only little upset was the service of our room which was incomplete with dirty glasses having been left and the bathroom not replenished. An over site I am sure. "

"Close to the cruise terminal where we disembarked from a cruise. Centrally located in the downtown business district and walkable to many shopping and dining options. Half a block to the sky tower and St. Patrick’s Cathedral is another half a block in the other direction as you exit the hotel. Staff is very nice, room was spacious and the bathroom large, clean with lots of amenities. Breakfast buffet was good with many options and you can also order from the kitchen. We did the hop on hop off bus tour of the city and the stop was a 5 minute walk from the Hotel. Would stay again. "

"The staff at Jet Park are friendly and responsive, a joy. The facility is comfortable and the all hour shuttle service is an important feature. The one drawback, its a bit far from the city."
