Lovely location, disappointing customer service
Lovely location. Reception staff were quite unhelpful with information at check in and needed prompting eg what time is breakfast?, where is breakfast? Where is the lift? etc We stayed on a B&B basis only to find a couple of days later that they offered All Inclusive. This information would have been welcomed at check in, as we would have upgraded our stay but couldn’t when we requested as we had less than 3 days remaining. We had an incident during our stay and all I will say, as a result, is ensure you use the safe in your room for anything valuable. Overall a nice hotel but the management/staff could do with a refresher in customer service.

We had a great time at the beautiful Lake Como! Very close and convenient to everything! The staff were great,parking was near by, the breakfast buffet was very good, lots of things to choose from. Great experience!

Ett äldre väldigt brittiskt hotell. Hade all inclusive och maten var bra de 3 nätter jag bodde där. Det fanns en bar på hela hotellet och den låg i källaren men det fanns hiss son gick upp till terrassen. Poolen är del av en pontonbrygga som jag inte tror direkt tillhör hotellet. I den baren ingick kaffe, öl och vin fram till kl. 18. Lite konstigt upplägg. Väldigt tidig utcheckning kl 10.00. Nu har jag varit där men jag återkommer inte.

Unser Zimmer hatte einen fantastischen Blick auf den Comer See. Allerdings ist das Zimmer schon in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Renovierung wäre dringend angebracht. Im Hotel wohnen fast nur ältere Gäste aus Großbritannien. Entsprechend ist das Frühstück. Die schlechte Qualität des Frühstücks ist auch der Hauptgrund dafür, dass ich hier nicht mehr buchen würde. Darüberhinaus finde ich es ärgerlich, wenn man für Nutzung des hoteleigenen Pools bezahlen muss.

Chambre solo vraiment petite et à l'écart. Un peu mesquin de ne pas pouvoir profiter de la piscine (tarif prohibitif pour une détente après une journée de visite, donc je me suis abstenu) ni de la navette fluviale pour Bellagio sans le all inclusive.

I normally try to be positive in my stay. But, the only positive thing from this hotel is the location. The rest was disappointment. The room was outdated and dirty impression as well as had unpleasant smell. Some staff were not very friendly. the breakfast was busy and food was not good. Uncooked bacon, eggs and sausages.

The staff were lovely and the view of the lake and pool area was great. The hotel was very dated with old bathrooms and the lift felt like it would break down when you were using it. The breakfast was not good, would definitely not recommend paying for the breakfast.

Rubber Seal from window was hanging off, Door handle for room door was loose. Pealed off paint fallen in shower. Your only given one key card. Staff knew little about the area. General room disrepair to the room. Would be good if staff gave the room a once over before guest arrives. Location was good and the room was clean.
