Exceptional property for 10 persons with breathtaking view to the landscape without any disturbing influences.

The villa offers a really tasteful furnished living space of 250 m² on two levels:

1. floor - entrance level
- entrance hall with W. C. for guests
- five spacious and bright bedrooms with air condition (1 x with large terrace and 1 x with balcony)
- five bathrooms en-suite (2 x with bath-tub)

Ground floor
- very generous living and dining room with TV and HiFi-system
- large and well equipped kitchen in Provençal style with direct access to the large covered terrace
- utility room with washing machine and dryer
- shower with toilet

In front in front of living- and dining room, on the lower level, the amazing swimming pool (heatable against fees) with the size 15 x 4 m is situated. Several terraces around the pool are offering sun loungers and parasols.

The plot is closed and accessible by an electric entrance gate. 3-4 cars can be parked on the spacious parking area in front of the main entrance.

In summary a perfect place for holidays with the whole family or for several couples!

La Bastide - Grimaud
The house was everything we had hoped for but 6 weeks prior to our arrival we were notified that there was construction and assured it would be interior work only. Turns out there were construction projects on all 3 sides of the house and we only had one week with no construction noise. There was even one night when the crane was taken down between 10:00pm and 1:30am. I made it clear to the agent that we would not have rented the house under these conditions but had no alternatives as friends had booked tickets to the area airport and any change would have been hours from where we were staying. Majority of the stay was like living in a construction zone. Also the listing said king size beds, which was a prerequisite for us but when we got there all the beds were doubles.

La Villa Bastide Grimaud
We enjoyed a delightful stay during the May Half term. We were blessed with good weather and the 4 children spent most days in the wonderful pool. It is a good size and has wonderful views over the landscape. To say the Villa is spacious is something of an understatement! It is huge and beautifully furnished. The bedrooms are wonderful too and all with their own bathrooms most with amazing views. The Villa has plenty of parking space and is safely located below the road to La Garde Freinet about 20 minutes walk from the delightful town of Grimaud. We enjoyed our stay so much we have already booked again for next year. A beautiful Villa. We can't wait till next year!

Het is een prachtige woning. Heerlijk mogen vertoeven. Genoten! Alleen het was voor ons erg onduidelijk dat er geen linnen goed aanwezig was. Voor de prijs van zo'n woning mag je toch echt wel verwachten dat er linnengoed aanwezig is.

Entretien de la maison à revoir
Nous avons dans l'ensemble passé une agréable semaine mais dû faire face à de mauvaises surprises qui relevaient d'un entretien très limite de la maison. Le tarif de la location est au dessus de la prestation réelle proposée, il faudrait songer rapidement à investir et remettre la maison sur pied et à hauteur du tarif demandé.

Très belle maison parfaitement adaptée pour un séjour de 10 personnes, les seuls points négatifs étant l'absence de climatisation, d'alarme et le petit barbecue. Mis à part ses éléments le séjour s'est très bien passé.
