"Excellent stay. Very comfortable room. Great location. Even after I checked out I had to go back because my phone had been stolen and the staff did so much to help me with WiFi and even a drink to calm me. "If you are taking the FlixBus, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. The room itself is small and basic, but comfortable. "Very unique and beautiful hotel. The only thing that let the staff down was their demeanour- I didn't meet a friendly staff member during my time there. Found it odd that you couldn't get towels at the spa, so we ran short of towels in our room. Good distance to centre of town. Large hill to be mindful of hard if walking. "Always happy to stay in a B&B Hotel. This one was no exception. Very friendly young man on reception, free coffee and tea available for guests (that was a new innovation from our last stay) and brilliant breakfast - far outshone that offered by other budget hotels/motels for an excellent price. Comfy bed and best of all a full size shower, not a curtained off section of a toilet room!. USB charging points within the bedside lamps and a small table/chair for convenience. Highly recommend."
