( Urinstein, schmutzige Dusche, verkalkter Wasserhahn ) Im Schlafzimmer war die Gardine zerrissen und die Nachttischlampe kaputt. Sofa ist durchgesessen. Wir haben uns auch gefragt wofür man 12 kleine Gabeln braucht aber nur 4 Teelöffel vorhanden sind? Da müsste man nachbessern. Ansonsten hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub."

"Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage in Wismar verbracht. Das Einchecken ging problemlos und wir wurden persönlich begrüßt. Zu den Wohnungen gehörte ein sehr schön gestalteter Innenhof mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen . Alles ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen und die vielen kleinen Cafés laden zum verweilen ein. "

"Loved this hotel! Our room was huge and had a nice balcony. Wish the weather had been nice, but it was rainy and cold. The staff were so nice and helpful. The Orangerie Restaurant had an amazing dessert. The dinner menu looked great, but we ate elsewhere. This property is right across from the water, and we had a bit of a view of the Baltic from our room. I would highly recommend this hotel is you're staying in Kuhlungsborn."

"We had an enjoyable family stay, the property is in good condition and fantastic location. Breakfast offering is the highlight. Opportunities for improvement are around family-friendliness and more proactive customer service- check-In was very cold and abrupt, almost intimidating - service in the restaurant better but again lacking of some basic elements of customer friendliness, engagement with children etc."
