Discover our stunning cottages, ideally located just a short stroll from Esker Point Beach and the private shores of GLP. Along with accommodations, we provide Stand-Up Paddleboards and Kayaks — perfect for family fun and social media moments!

The property features a total of 11 bedrooms, 5 on the main floor of the house, 3 on the top floor and 3 in the charming cottage. In addition to the 2 full kitchens there are two large indoor living rooms with eat-in kitchens. A deck off the living room on the second floor of the house provides perfect sunrise photo opportunities. The large courtyard boasts a custom table for 18+ with BBQs for all your outdoor dining needs. The firepit on the water's edge is perfect for evening gatherings. Each floor has separate central A/C, heating and Wi-Fi, ensuring your comfort.


Spacious and Stylish Accommodations

- Main House First Floor: 5 bedrooms (1 King, 4 Queens), 2 full baths (one with tub), a full modern eat-in kitchen, mudroom and large laundry area. One of the queen bedrooms is accessed from the exterior only.

- Main House Second Floor: Walk-up to 3 bedrooms (1 King with ensuite, 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 twins) with stunning views of Palmers Cove from the deck with a table for six, a full eat-in kitchen, and 2 full baths.

- Cottage: One level with 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms (1 Queen with a private bath, 2 Queens) and working kitchen.

The first and second floor of the main house are in the same building but can only be accessed by going outside. The entrance doors for these two living spaces are next to one another. The cottage is adjacent to the main house but is a separate building with its own private entrance and outdoor patio with table and seating. Each the spaces have their own thermostats for heating and cooling.

Kids can enjoy fishing and crabbing from the docks while you relax on the second-floor deck. Explore Downtown Mystic—a bike ride or drive away—home to renowned attractions like the Mystic Aquarium and Mystic Seaport. Take a stroll through the small village of Noank with its many waterfront dining options. Visit the award-winning wines at Saltwater Farm Vineyard or one of the many fantastic local beaches.
