Indulge in comfort surrounded by nature with this exclusive ranch, with a beautiful cozy home 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 15.5 acres, in Groveland, Florida. This is a perfect place to relax with your family and enjoy the nature or to have any kind of event, ceremonies, family reunions, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, etc.
Located only 45 minutes away from Orlando, and 15 minutes away from Clermont.
The property has an outdoor fire pit, hammocks, picknic tables, outdoor dinning table, bbq grill, and a 3000 square foot enclosed space perfect for any kind of event. Our amenities have been carefully created to enhance your stay.
The house has a beautiful state of the art kitchen with a spacious fridge, kitchen, oven, airfrier, toaster, microwave and everything you could need to prepare any meals. The house has 1 dorm room with three beds, the master bedroom with private bathroom, and three comfortable rooms with queen size with a shared bathroom. The house has a dinning room and a beautiful open living room, a back porch with an incredible view of the lake, bbq grill and an outdoor dinning area. On the second building we have a big open space of 3000 sq. foot with screened doors that provide perfect airflow while keeping all the bugs out, and upstairs we have a suite with 4 twin size beds, a living room and a shared bathroom. The property has plenty of hammocks around to relax and it has more than 15.5 acres of land. Plenty of parking space for 10 cars or more without any issues.

Under construction no access
We drove up and there is a lock on the gate, the place is under active construction. There is no access, no communication with the owner and VRBO still has done nothing to communicate back on a refund 3 days later. I had to find other arrangements for 9 people during Mega Con and the Rolex 24for my son's wedding. WORST experience ever! I don't recommend VRBO and dont rent this property.
