"Beautiful building inside and out! Upon arrival, they had a little gift for our pup. Free parking lot attached to the building, complimentary (delicious) drinks at the adjacent bar. The HVAC in the room is extremely loud. The temperature was comfortable enough so we turned it off at night. Because of the wood floors you hear a bit of ppl above you walking around but it wasn't bothersome. We'd definitely stay again."

"We have been to alot of different hotels in Savannah. We try to go for comfort and not at a great expense. This hotel was perfect. We stayed the weekend after the big winter storm, so was still cold out. They had the fireplace going with nice cozy seating area around it. We used the valet service, which didn't disappoint. Service was spot on and very friendly. Room was very clean and beds comfortable. The only negatives were the water pressure not the best (i have thick hair...it matters) and...

"GREAT location , Castle at the front desk for check in was amazingly friendly and courteous! The continental breakfast was good coffee was nice and hot. The only downside was one of the beds in the room seem to have broken springs on one side, but I reported it to the front desk. She was very polite upon checkout, a different staff member. we will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we visited Savannah."
