"The hotel is conveniently located two blocks from the main Potsdam train station, and also houses a mall with many stores and restaurants. It is also within walking distance of parks and the city centre, which is perfect for visitors. The staff was very attentive, although their English could be better. "The hotel is located up in the hill near the palace. Many things in Potsdam city is located far from the central station, and this hotel was the same. So we took a taxi to get there, but we figured how to get around with public transportation next day and it was easy. Beautiful hotel, and have everything you need, breakfast had so many choices and very fresh! "

"We stayed here for the weekend as a family with teenagers to visit the Christmas markets. The staff were friendly and helpful when we needed them. The hotel has a modern quirky feel with the art on the walls and decor all around the hotel. For a large hotel it felt very cosy and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was really good and we also had lunch in the bar on the first day which was very tasty. We would definitely stay here again."

Worth every penney

"Beautiful, higher end hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Getting an adjoining room for our two seventeen year olds was simple to do via the app. The breakfast was amazing and well worth the price. 5 The food in the downstairs restaurant was pricey but very good. The staff were helpful. English was spoken. We really enjoyed our stay."

"This hotel has an excellent location 1 minute from Checkpoint Charlie. Close to the U Bahn, and twenty minutes’ walk from Friedrichstrasse train station. From there, trains take 30 minutes to the airport. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again. "
