I will definitely stay here again! The breakfast was delicious and the staff was incredible! I tripped and fell on the old cobbled sidewalk in old town. So, one of the frontdesk staff sent another employee to the pharmacy to purchase my very own First Aid healing cream for my wounds. I've never been treated so well at a hotel before! Thank you again ACHAT Comfort Hotel Staff!!!

The hotel is overall good, but we experienced that there was an odor of cesspool in the room. We did have the window open, but then closed it and the smell remained. Maybe the smell came from the toilet. In any case, that was the least pleasant experience.

"Obviously this hotel would be the best option if you booked the Starlight Express show as it's literally next door to the venue. The staff were polite, helpful, efficient, and spoke great English.
