They don't have elevators, the hotel Is really clean but the TV is not un the Best Place on the wall, the área around the hotel Is not really safe, they dont have breakfast available, and ITS really hard to control the volume on the TV, the personal Is really friendly.

Good value for the money.
Great hotel, high quality in almost everything. The surrounding area was a little iffy but other than that it fit perfectly for us. The free parking is great but complicated having to move cars around. Yet, it is a great addition if you are travelling by car. They did not take cards and they did not let me prepay. That is a problem, for we had to give them some of our exchanged pesos.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. The bedsheets and pillow cases had hairs all over them. The floor had stains, which was an indicator that floors had not been mopped. The shower tiles also had hairs. I had to go buy clorox wipes from an Oxxo to wipe and disinfect everything. My personal cover was used to sleep on because my family and I were so grossed out by the hairs. The front desk receptionist was not very friendly either. I paid about $52 US dollars for a 1-night stay. At night, it was very loud. There are no elevators and you can hear anyone that walks by along with their loud conversations. I do not recommend this place.

Muy buen lugar para hospedarse, el personal muy amable Pasan varias rutas de camión, aparte el camión que sale directo del aeropuerto te deja en la esquina del hotel. Lo malo es la inseguridad que se ve en la noche pero igual es obvio que salir a tales horas de la noche hay peligro por posibles asaltos. Volvería a hospedarme aquí ya que está muy cerca del centro y varias atracciones de Guadalajara.

El hotel está limpio ,lo malo fue el estacionamiento poco espacio y estar despertando y recibir llamadas tanto en la noche como en la mañana para mover las unidades un poco incómodo ,si es un poco tedioso subir las escaleras con el equipaje por falta de elevador,el lavado estaba tapado se reporto pero no hubo respuesta de mejora malo !!
