It was nice that the hotel was Right in the Centro Historico. There is many shopping places around, just the Oxxo has like random operating hours and had to walk a few streets down around 8 pm to purchase some items from Oxxo. The service at the hotel was good, we felt safe and was nice and quiet although we were right next to the place with terrace.

This hotel is located around restaurants and stores to shop around. Very clean rooms. Staff is friendly and attentive. A lot of walkable restaurants. I highly recommend.

The one reception workers offered us a taxi to the airport for one price and once we areived at the airport they charged $150 pesos more. The first day we arrived they did not explain on how to use the keys to operate the elevator.

Average hotel, its seems that all the Hilton double trees needs to pay more attention to property, like new towels needed, all showers in rooms leak, bed sheets old, no mini bar, just the whole thing need more attention. Staff always on phones, no good morning, no good evening.

I liked the "centro historico" location. However, it's a bit dangerous around night time as many homeless sleep in the area at night. That being said, they do have a security staff at the doors of the hotel. It's also very noisy and you can hear it all night. We were there one night when they had a DJ playing up to 3am in the morning in the open public space. Staff at front desk aren't friendly. The restaurant leaves much to be desired. Poor service. The hotel bathroom was great but the white walls of the room had stains and skid marks from suitcases, I guess.

The service was horrible when it came to customer service as well as dining. Restrooms at the restaurant were not clean and it took a while for any type of service. The rooms were OK, but when asking for amenities, sometimes they were out. For the price it was horrible. I was expecting better service, which I found in surrounding hotels for much cheaper. Prices were inflated just in this hotel.
