Plenty of outdoor space and the shared pool (although we were the only ones in it) was well kept and a good size for swimming and diving. It's a 10 min walk down a steep hill to the town. Very manageable, but if you struggle then there are plenty of taxis around for a lift back up (7 Euros). Lovely area - very spanish which was great. Almunicar is a 20 min walk along the beach front. "This is an apartment hotel and as such there is quite a lot of self-service i.e. getting luggage to the room etc. The accommodation is spacious, kitchen is well-equipped for European guests. (No kettle for the English) also nothing provided in the way of tea, cofee, washing up liquid so bring your own. Breakfast is a very good buffet selection in lovely surroundings. "The first thing we noticed was the stunning view over the sea and mountains, it really is fully 180 degrees. The villa is bigger than it looks on the website with more to see, we stay at different villas 2 or 3 times a year and this is one of the best, very spacious and individually furnished, it is more like staying in a home rather than a rental, even the kitchen knives were sharp not something we normally find. We spent most of the time on the terrace and in the lovely pool enjoying the view,...

"We were warmly welcomed by Ute who showed us around the apartment. It is a good size and well equipped, the highlight being the covered terrace with lovely sea view where we enjoyed many meals. We were a little surprised that access is down 25 stone steps from where the car is parked on the road above - this could be a problem for some and should be mentioned. The only oven is the microwave which is now a little dated. Overall however we enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. "

"The views and surroundings are nice.Unsafe as we found they had an emergency exit closed with a chain and lock on it and after days complaining they finally took the chain off..In general there was no feedback when putting in complaints about door staying open ,noise of music voices etc coming from kitchen extractor,room not cleaned one day,no hot water first day,toilet cistern etc etc"

"Beautiful view and perfect size for my family of four. Lots of stairs, but that is the nature of cliffside living. Drive to the beach was easy, street parking tough, but 5E for paid parking. Full kitchen and washing machine, ac and fan, free parking at the entrance to the house, and lovely little pool! "

The urbanisation is very well kept and the communal pool area is a very nice addition. Whilst the property could do with a little bit of updating here and there, we really have no complaints at all and would recommend it as a great place to stay."

Nice Hotel with Lovely Views & Staff

"Had a really lovely stay at the Arrayanes Plays Hotel. The room was great with a really comfortable bed. The balcony provided a beautiful view across the bay with amazing sunrises. The pool was a good size with great views too. The staff were very friendly & helpful throughout my stsy"

Very good value

"Really good value for money room was good size with a nice balcony looking over gardens to the sea. Very clean, nice linen ,good walk in shower , fridge and safe. Breakfast was included, and was better than expected, buffet style with good selection of hot and cold choices , plenty to eat. Pool was closed as we were there in October although it was pretty hot and we saw no sign of the bar/snack bar but there was plenty in the town so no matter. Well located 10 mins from the old town and 10 to 15 mins to the beach All in all a good value choice for a couple of nights "
