Beautiful property with breathtaking rooftop view of the city. Short walk to the main road with many shops and restaurants, but am have to walk uphill to get back. Check what room your are reserving because some of them are quite small being a heritage hotel. Comfortable stay overall.

No hot water. Valet didnt took our car but did not bring it back. We requested our car brought to us at 10a.m. they said it would be an hour. We said ok. Then they said 1:30 p.m. but wanted us to check out at 12 or else charge us again. There valet guy was off so it was our problem not hotels

Lovely updated hotel, amazing room views as well as rooptop views. Inviting courtyard. Very close to main attractions. Friendly and attentive staff, mainly spanish speaking though. Hotel needs $2000 pesos as deposit, which they refund at checkout. Overall highly recommended.

The property was easy to find and close to all sorts of things to see. rooftop bar was quiet not to loud of music made intimate conversation comfortable. If stairs are an issue for some people this may not be the best option.

The place was amazing, the room was very comfortable and clean. Since this hotel is located near the street you can hear all the night’s activities, singing cars and such so it’s loud. But the distance from the center of the city is perfect walkable and safe definitely recommend

Great location, nice property. As it is located in the center area, you can hear all the noise from outside, church bell parade and everything. Not too bad but be mindful if you’re sensitive to noise.

Our stay with 2 children was amazing! The area was stunning and you couldn't ask for a better location. The dining on the terrace had amazing views! BEST place we have stayed at so far, we will definitely come back.

We stayed two nights at this hotel, the property is beautiful and the terrace view was amazing. Everything went well until we checked out. At time of checkout, the reception staff went to check the room to make sure everything was in order, I assumed. Upon the staff return, it was mentioned that a hand towel was missing, we went to look for it and couldn’t find it. The staff had to check our belongings to make sure that we had not taken the hand towel. It was a weird and embarrassing situation overall, this has never happened to us. I would have given this hotel a higher rating if it wasn’t for this.

I loved everything, very modern for the area, staff are very nice and accommodating. Very close to a lot of tourist hot spots. THE VIEW FROM THE ROOF… AMAZING. Two things are keeping me from rating it a 5/5. … 1. The shower doesn’t get super hot. (It’s ok for really hot days but my last day there was pretty cold and I opted to not wash my hair because the water was way too cold for me). 2. As we were checking out, the staff at the front desk wouldn’t let us go because two small blankets weren’t in the room. We almost missed our cab (which was hard to get) and the blankets in question were removed from our room by staff two days prior. I didn’t appreciate being blamed for the missing blankets nor that we almost missed our cabs because of it. Other than that, our trip would have been perfect.
