The hotel/apartment building is located off Peking Road - an active shopping and eating district. We were unhappy with the smokiness of our first room but the staff were able to find us one that fit our needs. The building is showing it’s age but overall it was a good experience.

For the price this place is fantastic. The staff is very helpful, clean sheets every day if you want and walking distance to major cultural sites. I even walked to Canton Tower. Totally worth it.

The location is excellent as it's very close to Beijing Road, malls, and a lot of eateries. It's very likely at night. The apartments need upgrades (my unit is worn out).

Service is superb. The whole place is clean and modernized. We sleep well. The last thing I wish their washing and dry machines could well be fixed so we could use itnext time we visit.

The apartments were nicely set up and the housekeeping is very responsive. Very comfortable apartment with space for making tea or reheating with microwave and a laundry machine. One thing to note is that although there are numerous elevators, they always seems to be packed.

Excellent location for eating, shopping and metro next to hotel. A washer dryer would have been better instead of a washing machine. No verandah or clothes line to hang wet clothes. Hotel is clean and staff very helpful. Hotel highly recommended.

I loved it here, the staff were amazing. The lady who cleaned my room even give me a birthday gift which was so special. I’ll be back in May that’s how I much I loved it. I travelled solo and was able to get around very easily. This was such a special visit for me as my heritage is Jamaican and Chinese 💜

Staffs accommodated my requests with smile every time. Room itself is very clean and well maintained. Only problem is Wifi because you need to have a local phone for verification. This is the only unfriendly part of the stay, you can ask them to connect using their phone, though.

First of all, they don’t understand you no matter what you say or translate, you can literally bring a translator and the staff just doesn’t understand ANYTHING. Our room needed wifi set up so I took a nap in my room and was suddenly woken up by extremely loud staff talking and laughing extremely loudly while they set up the wifi, one of them was on the phone right next to my bed just talking, I was dumbfounded! Upon their exit they slammed the door TWICE! When I complained they didn’t understand anything I was saying so I didn’t bother at this point! My bathroom door was broken so they brought someone to fix it, the fixer climbed on a broken wooden ladder and it snapped mid work, leaving chips of wood all over my room, yes I stepped on some! Thankfully it didn’t injure me.. they eventually fixed it but I am never ever returning to this hotel, be warned.

The hotel location is good and convenient for shopper and near to Beijing Road (walking distance). However the address provided by Hotel.com in the listing was incorrect and lead us to a wrong place. We could only find the correct address from the email confirmation (instead of the apps). It was unpleasant experience and Hotel.com should look into this issue asap. The hotel room condition was old.

Le seul bémol a été qu’ils ont voulu me donner un logement moins confort que celui que j’avais réservé mais après contestation, j’ai pu avoir un qui était bien mieux que le précédent. En dehors de cet incident, tout le séjour a été correct. Et le service du personnel plus attentionné…
