Clean bed, good price, good service but far away

Good size room, lighting inside room is rather dim, hotel is far away from the active side of Tianhe district. There's a pizza place next door - food is ok. Breakfast is free for my stay. Staff has good manners.

첫날은 오버부킹되어, 예약된 객실과 다른 객실에서 숙박. (싱글룸예약-->트윈룸으로...) 그런데, 그 방의 창문이 고장나서 닫히지 않음. 모기들이 방으로 들어와서 항의 하니, 직원이 와서 커텐으로 창문을 가리고는 문제없다 함... 다시 방을 창문없는 아랫등급의 방으로 교체함. (한 등급 아래 방으로 바꿔주고 50RMB 할인해 줌) 둘째날은 방을 예약한 방보다 한 등급 위의 방으로 교체해 줌. 둘째날 방도 50RMB 할인해 줌. 총 100RMB 할인 받음.

Not a hotel I would recommend

Not what I expected. The hotel is very run down, with very little to offer any foreign guest. English is spoken by only a handful of colleagues. It took 72 hours for my laundry to get done a far cry from the day service assured when it is collected. I checked out and waited to have my laundry delivered to my next hotel. A stressful encounter I could have done without.

Non Co-operative Staff

Overall budget hotel. Catching Taxi from this location is a massive issue. Staff doesn't speak English and even simple conversation can be challenging. I got lucky as they had couple of trainees who spoke client English, other then them communicating with staff on simple items like " requesting soap" or " bottle of water" was an issue.

great for canton fair

recommended. i attended the 2013 caton fair, and the location for this hotel is perfect for the fair, just 5 minutes riding the bus provided by PACO hotel with no charge. staff is nice, dont speak fluent english, but it was ok for understading. staff makes pleasant your stay. rooms dont have big windows, and some other dont have, but if you book time before, yu can get a window room
