"We generally enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The 2-room apartment was great, very roomy and comfortable. Having the kitchen with washing machine was a big plus. The breakfast was not exceptional but good. The staff was helpful and friendly but a bit more reserved than at other hotels. They politely answered all questions we had but they didn't necessarily come up and ask us if we needed any help, etc. The pool area was nice but it looked a bit worn and it was very strange that pool towels were...

"Friendly staff, nice interior design and a good deal of choices in breakfast. Shower is stronger than I expected. However, my friend got locked out of his room due to technical error of the door lock. It surprised us as this hotel is rather new and this has never happened to me in other Hyatt hotels in the world. Hyatt should look into this."

"Location : fine but far from subway. Comfort : not really because I can easy hear people walking and talking in corridor like they are in my room. Staff : friendly but no English at all ** special thanks to the front office staff "Sun" even his English is basic but was so helpful and even used his personal mobile's translator to communicate with me :) he was supportive and nice at all the time.
