Tive a oportunidade de agradecer pessoalmente por toda a ajuda que tive durante as poucas horas que fiquei… toda a equipe com quem tivemos contato foi super gentil com a gente mesmo com o tumulto de um voo cancelado. Nosso único problema foi a questão do estacionamento, mas sabemos também que foi a forma que o hotel foi construído e não já muito o que seja feito. Mais uma vez muito obrigada! "

"Really liked my stay at this hotel in Guarulhos. The staff was incredibly friendly and no request seemed to be inconvenient (we were travelling with a baby and a child and they assisted me with cleaning and sterilizing my baby bottles and also were very quick to swap rooms when my child complained about being on the 14th floor as he is afraid of heights, so we were moved to the 1st floor). Breakfast was very delicious, it’s a buffet and there are varied options for all. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We also got a complimentary transfer to Guarulhos airport which was reliable and on time. I would return! "
