Terrible my bed had finger nails I wasn’t sure if my bed was clean for sure. And not bed covers to sleep well 😴 Hotel doesn’t have breakfast included or restaurant Like said when you do your reservation. I don’t recommend it , this hotel is rated one star ⭐️

The windows are indoor windows ,so the ventilation is bad. Paid breakfast is not worth it as it is not indoor but It is a Terrance on the second floor , , further more people smoke there . The stuff sweeps and cleans the floor with the strong chemical smell while you are having your breakfast.

They had already given away our rooms when we got there so no point in reserving rooms because they don’t respect it. Gave us single rooms instead of doubles. Hot. Lack of any decoration and grey walls make it feel like a prison. Bare minimum amenities. The supposed queen beds were definitely not queen beds. Clean. New build. Great terrace. Nice showers but only has one dispenser for a general gel soap. No conditioner or shampoo.

Two minutes from the mall but you have better options and the staff are really unhelpful and very permissive in a way due to it. The cameras really don’t help you feel safe enough. since the receptionist(tall gentleman with curly hair but with an nonchalant attitude about questions.

La ubicación es buena, 10 minutos en auto desde el aeropuerto la Aurora, una zona relativamente tranquila. La habitación que me asignaron fue en el primer piso al fondo del pasillo, amplia aseada y cómoda. El baño con gran espacio y una excelente presión de agua caliente todo el tiempo. Considero que podría ser mejor con una adecuada ventilación y muros menos delgados (si prenden musica al lado se vuelve molesto) la habitación contaba con una pequeña Roku tv led de 23". Bien para pasar la noche y dormir cómodamente sin lujos ni pretenciones. En cuanto al precio en el límite de lo aceptable para esas prestaciones y ubicación.
