They also took care of ordering a taxi for us to get to the airport at 3:00 a.m. with honest prices and right on time. It was a great stay at the end of an amazing adventure. "

"Communication needs improvement. On the day of our check-in, I reached out as I had no information about where I was going or how to check in to the property. There was an issue locating my reservation, but all seemed well, I received the coordinates and process on how to check in.
When we reached the apartment, the views were breathtaking, you're next to the airport and on the 16th floor. Beautiful place, except that's not the apartment I booked. We were supposed to have AC and there was no AC in the apartment I was given nor did it looked like the pictures of the one I had booked. No answer when I questioned why we were given a different apartment. We made the best of it since we were there for just one night. The apartment we stayed at could use some sprucing up, the sofa is all stained, handles are broken off on the cabinet, and the curtains have seen better days. I had booked the same apartment for different legs of our Guatemalan trip, and I am wondering if that apartment even exists as both bookings seemed to have had issues, and I never stayed in the apartment with my original booking. I did not have the best experience with the host and the property manager.
