"There is no need to stay here unless you really need to be in the centre of Guayaquil, which is not particularly pleasant. It is rather dirty, noisy and a bustling commercial area. Although the Malecon 2000 is only 6 blocks away, you can also stay close to it in a nicer area. The building is old and the B&B, which is a converted apartment, is also old. "This is a beautiful and unique property on a hillside in Guayaquil. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens and a pool overlooking the city. The rooms and showers are really quirky and spacious. Delicious food is available for lunch and dinner on request. You do need to take a taxi or Uber to other parts of the city because it is isolated from urban neighborhoods. I stayed here for five nights while on a business trip and was so happy to have a tranquil retreat. "
